Baby Linz is here - Cincinnati Birth Photography

There is (almost) nothing more I like to photograph then a homebirth. This was the fourth birth I have captured for this family. It feels like an hour that they are asking me to come back each time. And what a Rock Star is this mom? She makes Labor and Delivery look like a piece of cake. I almost didn’t make it to this birth. I only had minutes to spare!

Homebirth is just something special. The whole process just feels so natural. I love capturing the whole family loving on Baby and Mom after the delivery.

The “first look” pictures of mom & dad looking over their baby always get to me.

Welcome Little One - Cincinnati Birth Photographer

I have a passion for Birth Photography. I love the unscripted moments, the surprises, the love everything about it, I love. But Birth Photography can be hard. Being on call for 4 weeks. Having to work with just a little or no heads up. Long hours, mostly through the night. But all of that is worth documenting a new life being born into this world.

Fresh 48 Session - Cincinnati Photographer

Benjamin's parents booked the Fresh 48 and Newborn session package with me. One of my favorite packages that I offer!

Benjamin was born at St Elizabeth in Kentucky. As soon as I walked into that hospital room for the Fresh 48 session, I could tell how much this baby is loved for! Grandparents hovering over him with a proud dad holding him.

Look at his eyes! I have never seen a baby so alert after being born! Looks like someone loves his fingers! Absolutely loved this session!

Liam's Studio Newborn Session - Cincinnati Newborn Photographer

My 3rd Newborn session in a row that finished up in 1.5 hours or less!!! Go Liam! Liam at 7 days old was super sleepy but it helped that he had his belly full with milk and a VERY warm studio. Liam also was a pro at giving me some great smiles!

And so many great black and white ones from this session! I can't decide if I like color or b/w better. What do you think?

And of course we had to get pictures with Liam and his Mom and Dad! The three of them are adorable!
